2022 Event Registration and random selection process, November 1-15, 2021

Rooted Vermont is a weekend long celebration of gravel roads, community and all things unique about VT. our goal is to offer the following included in your registration: access to our welcome party on Friday evening, Saturday's shakeout ride and vendor offerings (more to come) and the main event Sunday. Our after party will include an exquisite locally sourced farm fresh meal, Wood Fired pizza from the Colavita Pizza Truck, a complimentary alcoholic beverage from our partners, and a maple creemee from Untapped (a VT summer staple).

Registration:

Due to the popularity of our event, we are unable to host everyone interested in attending Rooted Vermont in 2022. Therefore we will use a random selection process to allocate entries. Registration will be capped at 1000 registrants. 

Entrance into the random selection process for Rooted Vermont 2022 will open November 1, 2021 at 8:00AM EST and close November 15, 2021 at 11:59PM EST. 

Once the random selection has been processed, selected individuals will be charged the registration fee based on their course distance. Announcements will be made over email using the contact information provided indicating if they've been selected or not.

Group Registration

Group registration is available to groups of 2-4 people who ONLY want to participate in Rooted Vermont if their friend or family member(s) are also selected. To enter as a group, all individuals must sign up within the same transaction on BikeReg. If the group is selected, one credit card will be charged for all entry fees. You may not also register as an individual. 

Automatic Entry:

Want a guaranteed entry? A $1,000 donation to the Rooted Vermont Scholarship Fund will earn you guaranteed entry into Rooted Vermont for 2022 and a VIP shakeout ride with Ted King on Thursday July 28th. Please inquire for more info at: [email protected] before November 15, 2021.

Deferrals 

If you deferred your 2021 registration to 2022 then you will receive instructions on how to re-register prior to November 1, 2021.
